This position is ideal for professionals experienced in Medicare sales who are seeking a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. As an independent contractor, while representing a reputable organization in the healthcare insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and manage Medicare leads through effective outreach and relationship building. • Educate clients about Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs). • Guide clients through the enrollment process while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines. • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups. • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy processing. • Stay up to date on Medicare regulations, carrier products, and industry updates. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
